Open the gates and stand clear, Brisbane’s Suicide Swans are bringing their brand of swirling, ragged country rock to the Hideaway for a Big Sound Sideshow on Friday 13th September. They are followed along for the ride by a band of brothers from the Melbourne 3 piece, The Peep Tempel, who’s explosive live shows, (described by Rolling Stone) as one of the best in Melbourne, to the melodic twists of Brisbane singer/songwriter Morgan Hann (better known as lead guitarist for psych rock band Grand Atlantic). The Hideaway will be lit up from the stage to the bar (and everywhere in between), when these three eclectic acts get together to make a night of it. Come on, it will happen again, maybe, but it won’t happen like this.
